Fall “Must Try” Recipes

It’s been rather rainy and cold here in Boston so I have been totally in the mood for some Fall foods. As I have said many times before my schedule is overly busy so I don’t have a whole lot of time to experiment with new recipes of my own. Luckily there are tons of other awesome bloggers out there that I can mooch off of. Here are some of my must try recipes that I have seen floating around the blogging world lately:

Pumpkin Black Bean Tacos from Peas and Crayons– The pictures just make my mouth water and I would have never thought of making pumpking a part of a taco. It seems really easy to make which is a huge plus for someone like me!

Chickpea Pattie with Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Mash from For The Love of Kale– I love chickpeas and I love sweet potato. Add in some pumpkin and I’m a goner. This one takes a little bit of time to prepare so this could be a great Sunday dinner choice.

Spicy Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Adobo Dip from Cait’s Plate– I gravitated towards this recipe instantly because it seems simple and awesome as a college football Saturday/NFL Sunday snack. Anyone else agree?

Pumpkin Spice Puppy Chow from Peanut Butter Fingers– This one is a given. Puppy Chow? With a Fall themed twist? Yes please.

Has anyone else tried these recipes yet? Do you have any other awesome recipes you would like to share with me?

Happy Thursday!
